This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We’re excited to be looking for a Services Charges Specialist to join our team for an 18 month period.

You’ll manage and administer the service charge process for our rental, shared ownership and leasehold customers. This role will integrate current service charge and rent processes into our new way of working, liaising closely with the project lead. Excellent communication skills are important as you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.

You’ll lead on rent setting, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation, policy and best practice and promote a culture of customer service as a priority.

No two days will be the same in this role so passion, determination with enthusiasm and pro-active attitude will be required.

You'll work collaboratively either from one of our offices three days each week and the rest of your week can be worked at a place of your choosing.  For your office base, you could be based our of our Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or Yeovil (BA22 8WN) offices.
