We are seeking a Head of Digital Development to lead two development teams working on line-of-business systems, using technologies such as .NET, Umbraco, Dynamics 365, and Progress. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, cost-effective applications and tools to meet the business and customers requirements.

You'll collaborate with other IT leaders on an ambitious integration roadmap, shape and implement a new digital strategy, and ensure working practices consider cyber security and value for money.

Technical expertise, effective leadership, management skills, and the ability to communicate a strategic vision to a range of stakeholders are essential.

This role can be based out of our Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Yeovil (BA22 8WN) or Bracknell (RG12 1RF) offices.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. To help deliver our services Abri work with 36 local authorities and 63 different parliamentary constituencies alongside partners in our community.
