We’re looking for a new Organisational Development Specialist dedicated to fostering a positive culture that supports both colleagues and customers. In this role, you’ll make sure the delivery of efficient and seamless services across the business.

The Organisational Development team is high-performing and dynamic, spread across Abri’s entire geography. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and supporting our colleagues throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

You’ll be someone who is proactive and engaging with a positive outlook, someone who’s confident in developing and delivering Organisational Development solutions and interventions. You'll keep a wide view of organisational development, and make sure that Abri is at the leading edge for the housing sector.

As the subject matter expect with excellent communications skills, you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to advise and propose solutions that deliver value for money, improved performance in line with objectives, and to provide solutions that are aligned to our strategy whilst helping move ABRI towards a learning culture.  

Experience with Learning and Performance Management Systems is advantageous but full training will be provided. This will make sure you're able to use them as key enablers for organisation development and other sources of data to analyse and create development solutions for Abri.

No two days are the same, so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for going the extra mile are essential. We strive to make Abri a great place to work by fostering a culture of learning and growth.

You'll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
