Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people get the best out of the systems they use every day? We’re looking for a new Application Support Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our core business applications.

The  Application Support Team specialise in third-line support for a wide range of business systems. We focus on resolving complex issues, actively identifying enhancements to improve core systems and perform key administrative tasks ranging from User Management to Application Security.

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support for a range of critical systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to resolve technical issues, assist with system configuration, and help drive improvements that make a real difference to our teams and the customers we support.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting systems such as Capita Open Housing, Capita OpenAccounts, Total Mobile, and Office 365. Expertise gained in a similar role—especially within housing or finance environments—will be a strong advantage.

What we’re really looking for is someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and support colleagues. If you have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience, develop new skills, and contribute to a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, teamwork, and making a positive impact.

You'll be working from one of our three offices;  Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or  Yeovil (BA22 8WN)  three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.

If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
