Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for delivering accurate, transparent service charge management? We're looking for a Service Charge Manager to join our Finance team and take the lead in ensuring our rent and service charge processes run smoothly and effectively.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of rent and service charges — from budget setting and forecasting to reconciliations and year-end accounts. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Housing, and Property Services to ensure our residents receive clear and fair service charge statements, and that internal teams are supported with reliable financial information.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in service charge accounting, ideally within the housing sector. You’ll be confident managing data, interpreting financial information, and leading a team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are all essential. Experience with accounting software and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory guidance will also be highly valued.

You'll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
