We’re excited to be looking for a Finance Business Partner for to join our Financial Reporting and Business Partnering Team.

The role will specifically be supporting the directorates Chief Financial Officer, Chief Governance Officer and the Chief Strategy and Resourcing Officer, including IT and Work Place Solutions.

Applying a business partnering approach, you’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to actively engage with and deliver financial support to our Senior Leadership team, budget managers and operational colleagues.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive and curious, with strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve how we do things. You’ll help ensure that financial information is clear, accurate, and effectively used to support decision-making and deliver value for money across the business as well as being on the look-out for efficiency and process improvement.

This role is perfect for someone who self motivated and eager to collaborate with others to create great places to work while contributing to excellent business outcomes.

We’ll be considering part-qualified as well as qualified accountants. (Salary will be discussed at interview).

You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
