Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a 1st Line Support Desk Analyst.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing essential IT support and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone who reaches out for help. Whether it's troubleshooting issues, answering queries, or escalating more complex problems to the right team, your calm and confident approach will make all the difference.

You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team and given the tools you need to grow your skills and progress in your IT career.

We have an IT support team of around 15 members and we are looking for someone to join our 1st line team.

You'll be working from our Yeovil office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
