At Abri, we're committed to creating thriving communities and providing excellent homes and services for our customers. We're looking for an Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Damp & Mould service.

Based in our Eastleigh office, you'll schedule, coordinate, monitor, and proactively manage operatives' and surveyors' diaries, helping to ensure works are delivered efficiently and that customers receive a great experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person keeping everything connected. From arranging appointments and coordinating diaries to keeping customers updated and supporting colleagues across the business, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver an excellent Damp & Mould service.

You'll enjoy building relationships with a wide range of people, juggling priorities and finding solutions when plans change. Whether you're helping a customer understand what's happening next, working with operatives and surveyors to schedule works, or using data to identify service improvements, you'll make sure things stay on track and our customers receive the service they deserve.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in being organised, proactive and customer-focused.

Why join us?

At Abri, you'll be part of a supportive team where your work genuinely makes a difference to our customers and communities. We'll give you the opportunity to develop your skills, share your ideas, and contribute to continuously improving the services we provide.

If you have experience scheduling jobs, strong administration skills and enjoy working with people, you could be exactly who we're looking for.

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you!

We'll review applications as they're received and may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications, so don't delay – apply today!

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
