Help shape services, strengthen communities and ensure residents' voices make a real difference.

At the heart of everything we do are our residents. We're committed to listening, learning and working together to create services and communities where people can thrive.

This position is for up to 22 hours per week, usually working on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with some flexibility. Occasional evening working will be required to support resident engagement activities.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Resident Involvement Business Partner to help drive meaningful resident engagement across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to champion resident voices, influence decision-making and help shape the services that matter most to our customers.

This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact, working closely with residents and colleagues to ensure customer insight drives positive change across the organisation.

If you're someone who believes in the power of collaboration, values meaningful engagement and enjoys building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with residents and support them to have a meaningful voice in shaping our services.
  • Develop and deliver resident involvement initiatives, activities and engagement programmes.
  • Work with teams across the organisation to embed resident feedback into service improvement and decision-making.
  • Support resident panels, forums, focus groups and consultation activities.
  • Analyse feedback and engagement outcomes, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure resident involvement activities are accessible, inclusive and representative of our diverse communities.
  • Promote best practice in customer engagement and involvement across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen our resident-focused culture.
  • Measure and report on the impact of resident involvement activities and demonstrate how resident feedback is making a difference.

What You'll Need

  • Experience of resident involvement, customer engagement, community engagement or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience of gathering, analysing and acting on customer feedback.
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • A creative approach to engagement and finding new ways to involve residents.
  • A genuine commitment to improving customer experience and outcomes.
